A.M. - 60 minutes on the Life Centre treadmill. All flat: 5 minutes @9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0 10 mins @ 10.5 30 mins @ 11.0 2.5 mins @ 10.0 2.5 mins @ 10.5 2.5 mins @ 11.0 2.5 mins @ 11.5 Legs may have been able to hold the 11.0+ through 60 today, but about 20-25 mins into the run I started get a hot spot under my right foot that didn't subside (left side perfectly fine). Due to the new shoes (Nike Free 3.0 v4) I'm sure. I really like them. They're light, firm, responsive, and fast. Next time I wear them it would behoove me to use some Glide on the bottoms of my feet. I would have liked to have went longer, but the foot had enough at 60 mins. Messed around on the elliptical for 20 mins and lunges before heading home. Another week with 100% of my miles on the treadmill. 360 mins (6 days x 60 mins), mostly flat, with just under 6 minute average pace (which I know is not saying a lot for flat TM running).
