A.M. - Treadmill run at the Life Centre. Really wanted to meet up with the gang down in Utah County for the long run, but the unhealthy air forecast deterred me. Not sure if the HVAC filters at the gym really provide a healthier air environment inside compared to outside, but in my mind they do. My general rule is to take it inside if its forecast to be a red burn day. 5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 30 mins @ 10.0, progressive inclines with 5 mins each: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 2.5 mins @10.0, flat 7.5 mins @ 10.5, flat 5 mins @ 11.0, flat 5 mins @ 11.5, flat (at 10.2 miles at the 60-minute mark) Cool-down: ~21.5 mins @ 8.0 mph, flat (~2.8 miles) |
