A.M. - 35 minute treadmill run at the Life Centre. I felt like garbage when I woke up this morning. The run was okay though. By this afternoon, I definitely started feeling better. Though I think my cold has turned the corner, I'm sure the stuffiness will linger for a few more days. Treadmill went as follows: 5 minutes @ 9.0 mph, flat 5 mins @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0 mph, flat 20 mins @ 10.0 mph, with inclines (5 mins each) of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 |
