5 minutes @ 9.5 mph, flat 5 mins @ 10.0, flat 20 mins @ 10.0, progressive inclines, 3 mins each at 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 then 5 mins at 3.5 2.5 mins @ 10.0, flat 7.5 mins @ 10.5, flat 20 mins @ 11.0, flat
Didn't have it in me today to ratchet up to 11.5 mph towards the end, but still a good run. Legs seem to be coming around nicely despite Saturday's big ride.
P.M. - Rode up to Brighton and back (~40 miles). I love riding B.C. Pretty average ride in terms of how I felt which is good because I don't really seem to have any major noticeable fatigue in the legs from Saturday. |
