Happy to report that in the last few days I've noticed significant improvement in the plantars in my left foot. Still not 100%, but the best its felt since mid-September. It'll be interesting to see how it feels later today and on tomorrow's run after doing this slight incline run today in the 4mm drop Kinvaras. Tried to stretch the calves amply after the run.
